1. Slide sleeve up your dominant hand. This sleeve is ambidextrous therefore both left and right hand dominant parents are capable of using this device

2. Ensure your sleeve is secure and in a  comfortable position.

3. If breastfeeding connect the included privacy blanket by the top button location on the sleeve to the bottom button located on the blanket.

4. Lastly rest your infants head safely and comfortably on the pillow, making them have secure support on their necks while remaining comfortable.
